Playing to build city. Bucaramanga and the National Games 1941

This article draws on the National Athletic Games of 1941 made in Bucaramanga and seeks to show how some leaders and members of municipal, departmental administration and locals newspapers extolled this event as the element capable of promoting progress, develop the city, as they say, it had happened in other cities that had organized the event.
